The technician came on time and fixed it within the given time frame. Not sure about the cost because I didn’t compare with other companies but I’m happy with the work!

Thank you for the hard work, the problem was more complicated than first diagnosed. Taras and Sergei were persistent to follow thru and it did require some additional parts and incurred some additional costs, but they both were honest about it. It took total 4 trips, on 3 different days to finish the job. Taras came back by himself on last trip and spent additionally about 3 hours, and tackled the last bad igniter problem. Overall, we are happy to have the Wolf cooktop 6 burners all working properly, and I believe the approach they took was right to fix or replace parts for long term. Yes, they did communicate 180 days parts & labor guaranteed, hopefully we do not encounter any problem within normal operations.
